Kenneth Johnson is an Account Manager with IGO Insurance Agency, Inc. In this role, Kenneth is responsible for a book of clientele and providing excellent customer service including claims processing, billing error resolution, product pricing and placement, and personal lines support.
Kenneth came to IGONC in 1996 with over a decade of working experience in automotive repair facilities. He has become familiar with independent, chain, and dealership operations. Drawing on his years of experience in the automotive industry, Kenneth now utilizes this experience to relate his unique insight to the distinctive nature of automotive facilities insurance.
No stranger to information technology, having earned his Associate’s Degree in Applied Computer Science, Kenneth was taught the importance of utilizing and understanding computers and software.
He was initially hired by IGONC to be the main resource for their technical hotline. Now with the spin-off of IGO Insurance Agency, Kenneth assists the company with IT support, in addition to his account management functions.
Never taking himself too seriously, Kenneth is serious about spending time with his family, his church, and his music. He is a drummer with both his church and his band. He enjoys auto detailing and attending concerts. He is also very fond of Diet Coke and peanut butter (but don’t try to get him to eat a salmon cake!).
A big believer in helping those that help themselves, Kenneth supports Habitat for Humanity and Wheels4Hope.
